Alderwise uses the information you submit to request a roof inspection, contact you about that request, route the lead to the right team, and improve the reliability of our website and marketing measurement.
Information You Submit
When you complete the inspection request flow, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, property address, and request details. We use this information to save your request, contact you, and support appointment scheduling.
Advertising Measurement
We use Google Ads and similar measurement tools to understand which campaigns lead to completed inspection requests. When you arrive from an ad, we may store campaign parameters and click identifiers with your lead record. When you submit a request, limited first-party information such as your email address, phone number, name, and ZIP code may be provided to Google through the Google tag to help measure conversions and reduce duplicate reporting.
Product Analytics
We use privacy-minimized product analytics to understand funnel health and site performance. Analytics events are configured to avoid arbitrary page URLs, raw contact details, and raw ad click identifiers.
